Easter Eggs Pound Cakes

Serves: 9 Cakes
Ingredients
  • ⅔ cup of Unsalted Butter (Softened)
  • ⅔ cup of Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 ¼ tsp. Baking Powder
  • ⅛ tsp. Salt
  • ⅓ cup of Milk
  • 1 ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 ¼ cup of All-Purpose Flour
Instructions
  1. Pre-Heat Oven to 350ºF.
  2. Combine the Softened Butter and Sugar and beat in a mixer for 3 minutes on medium. Add in the Eggs, one at a time, and beat for another 3 minutes.
  3. Slowly add the Baking Powder, Salt, Milk, and Vanilla Extract and mix on low.
  4. Finally, slowly mix in the Flour and continue to mix on low until thoroughly combined.
  5. Spray (with PAM or equivalent) or grease the Cake Pan
  6. Equally distribute the cake amongst the Easter Eggs on the greased Cake Pan.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until a fork comes out clean.
  8. Carefully remove from oven and allow to cool for 10+ minutes and then remove cakes by either pulling out or inverting pan.
