Ingredients
2 Cups Warm Water (100° F)
½ Teaspoon of Active Dry Yeast
1 Teaspoon of Sugar
5 Cups of 00 Flour or Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon of Sea Salt
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
Instructions

Kneed in the sea salt and gradually add in 4.5 - 5 cups of flour until the dough is slightly sticky. Dough should be thick, but have no lumps.
Coat a bowl with olive oil and transfer dough over to the bowl. Allow the dough to rise for 30 minutes.
Once dough has risen, split the dough into 4 and roll into balls. Use with the recipe of your choice for a great pizza or calzone.
