Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 apple, peeled and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Dash of nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional), to taste
Instructions
  1. Add all of the ingredients in a jar or container that will hold at least a pint and a half of fluid. Stir well to combine. Refrigerate the mixture overnight. If it is too thick, add a splash of milk in the morning prior to serving.
