Garlic Asparagus

Ingredients
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 8 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 2 pounds asparagus, ends trimmed
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. In a small pot, over medium low heat, cook the olive oil, garlic, onion powder and parsley. Cook until the mixture is fragrant, but not brown, about 3 minutes.
  3. Place the asparagus in a single layer on the baking sheet. Pour the olive oil mixture evenly over the asparagus. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste.
  4. Roast for 8-10 minutes or until the asparagus are bright green and tender, yet crispy.
  5. Serve immediately.
