Almond Butter Oatmeal

Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoons almond butter, divided use
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
  1. In a small pot, bring milk to a boil. Add oatmeal and reduce heat to medium. Cook until most of the liquid has been absorbed, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add two tablespoons of the almond butter, vanilla extract and cinnamon. Stir to combine.
  3. Serve oatmeal topped with remaining tablespoon of almond butter.
