Spinach Basil Pesto Sauce
 
 
Serves: 8
Ingredients
  • 2 cups basil leaves (about a 2.5 ounce package)
  • 4 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled
  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • ⅔ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a powerful blender (such as the Vitamix), in the order listed and blend until smooth.
  2. Toss your favorite pasta in the sauce.
