8 ounces fresh crabmeat (picked over, removing all the shell or other pieces)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4½ teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon finely copped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh dill
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh cilantro
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
Instructions
In a medium size bowl, combine the crabmeat, lemon juice, oil, parsley, dill and cilantro. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed together. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Top avocado halves with the crab mixture. Serve.
