Almond Butter Banana Oatmeal Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup vanilla yogurt
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¾ cup ice
Instructions
  1. Place ingredients in a strong blender (I used my Vitamix), in the order listed. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses and serve cold.
