Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup ice

Instructions

  • Place ingredients in a strong blender (I used my Vitamix), in the order listed. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into 2 glasses and serve cold.
