8ouncesfresh crabmeatpicked over, removing all the shell or other pieces
2tablespoonslemon juice
4 1/2teaspoonsolive oil
1teaspoonfinely copped fresh parsley
1teaspoonfinely chopped fresh dill
1teaspoonfinely chopped fresh cilantro
Salt and pepperto taste
2ripe avocadoshalved and pitted
Instructions
In a medium size bowl, combine the crabmeat, lemon juice, oil, parsley, dill and cilantro. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed together. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
