Almond Butter Banana Oatmeal Smoothie
Delta Airlines serves Biscoff cookies on their flights. Mike loved flying on Delta because he would be able to eat these delicious cookies.
Now, you may be wondering what Biscoff cookies have to do with this almond butter banana oatmeal smoothie. This smoothie reminds me of a Biscoff cookie.
I’m not saying this smoothie tastes exactly like a Biscoff cookie. But in my opinion, it tastes very similar to one. It’s that good! I’m not saying this smoothie is as good as a Biscoff cookie. I mean, we are talking about Biscoff cookies here…
The best part is that this smoothie is much healthier than a Biscoff cookie! It’s so simple to make and uses ingredients which you probably already have in your house. You can enjoy this for breakfast, or simply as a nice cold beverage on a hot day.
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup vanilla yogurt
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¾ cup ice
- Place ingredients in a strong blender (I used my Vitamix), in the order listed. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into 2 glasses and serve cold.
